I've talked to a Twinkle installer about removing the illegal items from my inventory. He says they cannot remove them but can change them to "legal" items (chairs, whatever).
I'm having this done, so we'll see how it goes. It requires submitting to the Installer a list of items to be "cleaned up", by Private Message in IMVU. Needless to say, this is a pain in the ass, and will take me most of the day, since I'm having several accounts cleaned, and each item number is unique to the account.
He also says Twinkle will not replace the poses or install them in another account unless I pay for them again. Strictly speaking this is not a violation of Twinkle's oft-stated promise to replace them, since IMVU is not deleting them from our accounts, but deleting the ACCOUNT ITSELF. I'll deal with this in other posts.

Hi, I am about to buy some stuff from twinkle4u and have tried to contact them but after two days they haven't answered me yet.
ReplyDeleteOne seems to be able to buy the original mesh now, so you can reinstall yourself! Is this a good deal, even when it is 4 times the price...
And are those boys at twinkle4u still alive? Why don't they answer my e-mail?

I agree with Linka72: there SHOULD be a separate server for adults. Things should be so much simpler for everyone if that were done.
ReplyDeletemenaceuk i had my accounts hacked when reporting to imvu they just deleted my acocunts i lo9st numberous numbers of accounts at the time buyin the items from twinkle4u they did not aware us that is was illegal imvu simply deleted our accounts after investing consideras amounts of money they still ban us even if they have no ufi why dont they prosecute twinkle4u and how come the programs wor with imvu program http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=menaceukable#g/u take a look at it
